TONKA BEAN
Dark chocolate with Tonka Bean. Still largely unknown in Europe, the tonka bean comes from South America. Its taste of sweet almond or hay goes deliciously with chocolate. The tonka bean also contains spicy notes of honey and caramel, and has been used as a substitute for vanilla. This is a flavour waiting to be discovered.
